By accessing, browsing, or using the IT Ways website, software suites, mobile applications, APIs, or consulting services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IT Ways. If you do not agree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.

You may access and use IT Ways digital services, CRM platforms, and software features exclusively for authorized business purposes in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and API tokens.
• Notify IT Ways immediately upon discovering any security compromise.
• All actions conducted under your account remain your legal responsibility.

Commercial engagements, SaaS software licenses, and cloud deployments are billed according to executed Statements of Work (SOW) or invoice schedules.

• Invoicing: Project milestones are invoiced as outlined in the commercial contract.
• Taxes: Quoted prices are exclusive of statutory GST taxes unless noted otherwise.
• Overdue Accounts: IT Ways reserves the right to pause server hosting for overdue balances.

Service cancellations and refund requests are governed by our formal Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Custom Code Deliverables: Completed project milestones and source code releases are non-refundable.
• SaaS Subscriptions: Software subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle.

All digital platforms, proprietary frameworks, designs, trademarks, and documentation remain the intellectual property of IT Ways:

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or resell proprietary code without prior written consent.

You agree not to engage in any prohibited actions, including:

• Probing, scanning, or breaching server security protocols.
• Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or data crawlers.
• Transmitting malware, trojans, or launching DDoS attacks.
• Misusing contact forms for spamming or phishing.

Our platforms may interface with external services like WhatsApp Cloud API, payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), SMS gateways, AWS, and Google Cloud.

• External services operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies.
• IT Ways is not liable for intermittent outages from third-party networks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT Ways will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website or software usage.

Contractual liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal dispute or claim relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
